Clepsydre Water Clock

At the bottom and in the center stands an Egyptian hieroglyph meaning water clock in the center, a water clock that rotates every hour. Its precision is only relative and is influened by temperature (in those days an absolute precize time was not necessary!) At the top right is a radion antenna which is used to synchronize the system by receiving signals from an atomic clock.
