I want to know if there’s a place that i can download for free that has a nice looking digital clock to set as BG. But i would still like to keep my BG that I have on now.

Here is the clock you want: it is a Sidebar Gadget, which means that it can be used in Windows Vista or 7. You can also browse the gallery for other gadgets for your desktop if you want.
