S.A.V.E.I.T. was …
S.A.V.E.I.T. was done under Jeanine Carter, a misspelling of my name, and Special love was done under the name Neanna on Tuff City records, a division of RCA. I don’t have any idea on how to get any of the recordings now but if you find out, please let me know. I also did background for a white female rapper, Shell E on the song Playhouse on a compilation album called Body Jams on RCA. Shell E is a BAAD rapper who never got a break because the industry wasn’t ready for a white female rapper.

Girl, am I trilled …
Girl, am I trilled to hear from the real McCoy. Goodtagosoloo gave me some background info but it sure is better hearing from you. Since the song was released I’d tried to get any info about the artist but came up with zilch. Well, we got the internet now:-). Was S.A.V.E.I.T. and Speacial Love released by Double Vision and how can one get a hold of it? I hope you still listen to “Clock on the Wall”. I can’t seem to get over it no matter how many times I pay it – on the original 12″ single.

Unfortunately, It …
Unfortunately, It was 1 time only. I did, however do two more singles by myself on other labels. The first one was S.A.V.E.I.T. on Metropolis records in 1986 and the next was Special Love on RCA about a year after that. I don’t know what happened to the other girl. We fell out of touch after we stopped performing together.
